Reform & Refine yoga inspired movement removes pressure from the joints and promotes more engagement from the muscles. This movement is strong, aligned and functional. Each class will focus on two specific muscle groups. Kinetic movements encourage body sculpting and enhanced performance benefits.
Reshape
Reshape is a high energy workout. With emphasis on your core and gluteals it is still a full body workout. Working at intervals to focus on different muscles groups and finishing with capacity work in the form of a short outdoor run whatever the weather.

Neuromuscular training focuses on performing exercises that train the nerves and muscles to react and communicate. Neuromuscular training is designed to both increase the quality of movement by improving body awareness and strength.

KND is an immersive wellness experience with short audio sessions that can be available as accessible links online, used individually on a walk or in quieter moments at home or in-house before class. These audio files are inspired by meditation but can incorporate mindfulness while on the move.
