KND understands that the number of hours spent practicing and training correlates with a level of achievement in teams and individual sports. To encourage a competitive edge, our programme will directly enhance the physical, psychological and physiological well-being of each athlete in a group or individual basis.
KND will compliment training already in place and aim to avert the physical risks involved in specialised sport. Having both worked closely with the following National Teams, Swimming, Rugby, Cricket, Judo, Football, Golf, Hockey, skiing and Ironman at both club and professional levels we have developed a comprehensive ability to tailor programmes to each sport.
Our Programmes can improve physical mobility with practises that use the full range of movement around joints. Neuromuscular activating movement techniques to bring focus of the mind into target areas of the body and varied dynamic movement that contributes to improving physiological responses. These techniques can begin to result in increased stride and reach patterns as well as increased lung capacity through the control of the breath.
You will have access to a hybrid of in person and online classes with audio downloads to use pre performance to calm the nerves and refocus the mind for better results in your overall physical and mental health.

Working with athletic performance teams is rewarding. Our movement plans help prevent and rehabilitate injuries. Discussion with the athlete and their physio allows us to build a tailored plan even within a team class setting.
